LPG rigid truck(also called lpg bobtail truck,lpg dispenser truck,lpg refilling truck,lpg tanker truck,lpg dispensing truck) is designded and used for transporting and refueling propane/lpg gas/liquid petroleum gas into smaller lpg skid station tank and home cylinders.

With different design,you can choose volume flow meter or lpg dispenser for your truck. The lpg dispenser is widely used for filling home cylinders.It can be measured by filling weight or filling volume and it can offer receipt in english,french or spanish as required. Manufacturing and testing of the tanks are made under supervision of an independent inspection body.
Fine grain pressure vessel steels are used for manufacturing the tanks. Metallurgical and mechanical properties of the steels are tested and verified.
All welded joints are tested according to the manufacturing standard. A combination of X-ray, ultrasonic, dyepenetrant and magnetic particle tests is utilized.
After manufacturing. all tanks are subjected to hydrostatic pressure test. After this test, the connections of tank accessories are tested against leaks, using nitrogen.
